U.S. Sen. Al Franken is saying some Minnesotans should be able to buy home-delivered groceries with food stamps.

On Tuesday morning, Franken helped make a delivery to Janet Hendrickson’s home in Minneapolis, saying she’s one of the homebound seniors who would benefit from an amendment he made to the U.S. Senate’s version of the Farm Bill.
