FBI adds Jefferson County fugitive Edwin Ernesto Rivera Gracias to national “10 Most Wanted” list

The FBI has placed a fugitive in a 2011 Jefferson County homicide on its list of the 10 Most Wanted and is offering a $100,000 reward for information leading to his capture.
Edwin Ernesto Rivera Gracias, 29, of El Salvador, is a suspect in the murder of Richard Limon, 69, whose body was dumped on Mount Zion.

Rivera Gracias claims he is from El Salvador, and may possibly have an El Salvador ID that says “Edwin Rivera”.
“…Gracias claims he is from El Salvador…” and of course we have no gawddamn idea.
Gracias has been arrested before, but because he’s Latino, keeping him locked up or deporting him would be inhumane, racist, xenophobe, and restrict his human rights to run around the United States causing mayhem and murder.
