PHILADELPHIA — Prison staff who punished a Muslim inmate for refusing to handle pork do not have immunity from his religious-freedom lawsuit, a federal appeals court has ruled.

Criminals have found (at least in word if not in deed) that claiming they are Muslim can go far in prison. Muslims have special rights thanks to the Leftists/Liberals that other criminals don’t have. We guarantee you ole “Henry Williams” (a standard Muslim name if we’ve ever heard one) probably grew up a bar-b-que pork eating southern Baptist.
